Johnson Family | Covington, Oklahoma Family Session

It was one of those cloudy, windy Oklahoma days where you just know the rain’s coming, but we went for it anyway. By the time we wrapped up, the skies opened up and we were all laughing our way back to the car while the first rain drops fell. Totally worth it.

The Johnsons were such a fun crew to photograph. We met at their beautiful pond just outside Enid, Oklahoma - near Covington, surrounded by soft fall color and the peaceful sounds of the country. Between the flannel, boots, and their adorable dog, Axel, everything about this family session felt warm and real.

They laughed, joked, and made each other smile the entire time — and that’s what I love most about being an Enid OK photographer. It’s not about posing perfectly; it’s about capturing real moments that tell your story. Even with the wind and the clouds, the love between them came through in every single photo.
